Terrible experience. Bedbugs in beds!

I stayed in Tours from the 17th to 22nd of august. In the night we saw in the tree beds of the room, in the two floors of the room, a lot of bedbugs. We left the hotel at 3 o clock in the night and we went to another hotel because nobody answers to the hotel’s emergency telephone (fortunately It was not a vital emergency). Next morning, we told the problem to the receptionist, and we left the hotel. We went to the tourist office to book another hotel and we tell the problem to the girl of the office. She recommends us to write a complaint, and we wrote it. But the tourist office Director, Sr. Le Nuach, answer us that we had take the insects to the hotel. Incredible! In my suitcases haven’t enough space for all the clothes and all theses bedbugs.we went from our house to the hotel Relais directly, without stay in another hotels, and I had bought the suitcases for this travel, they were absolutely new, and in my house there weren’t bedbugs. It was the worst experience of my life. Terrible. Don't go!!!
