One-way Avis Renters Returning Cars to the Tours RR Station If you are a one-way renter (rented the car from another location) and are returning an Avis car to their office at the Tours RR station, you must first obtain a pass code to gain access to the Avis parking stalls. Before returning, call the agency to get the pass code. Otherwise, you can end up driving right up the gate, find out that you need a code and have to deal with irate French speaking drivers lined up behind you waiting for you to enter -- and you can't. Mon Dieu!

Tour of Castles I took the Quatra Tours mini van tour and booked through the toursit bureau. It was very good if you dont feel like driving and got to spend about an hour at each castle. This was the highlight of my trip.

Getting around Easy and safe walking - as with all old cities it takes a little while to get orientated
