The multi lingual staff are the most pleasant we have ever encountered and nothing is too much trouble for them.
The food is second to none.
The hotel is immaculate at all times and the location idyllic.

Excellent service and very friendly.
Christmas was the first holiday I hav ever spend on my own and I must say that I felt very very apprehensive,but Aurelie and Sebastian made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.The food etc was excellent and certainly to be recommended, which I have already done.Thank you Aurelie and Sebastian for a calm and stressfress Christmas.

You won't be disappointed
Having just returned from spending 5 nights at Les Grillons, I can highly recommend this hotel. The facilities are pretty much what one would expect at a 3-star establishment (no coffee making facilities in the rooms, etc) but the food is top rate and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Also, the outdoor pool is superb.
Located about 15 minutes drive from Annecy, the hotel is very adjacent to the lake and is very quiet.
