Worst Hotel in the World
This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The staff were grumpy, unhelpful and dishevelled. The hotel was a building site with much work unfinished. The path that we had to use was treacherous, icy and not well maintained. We had to negotiate building rubble along route which is not easy in ski gear. They did not provide towels, toilet paper, bath mats or soap without it being requested. There were many small children running wild in the hotel and making a lot of noise as well as small babies crying. The walls were very thin and neighbours could overhear everything going on in the rooms. We felt like unwanted relatives imposing upon them rather than paying guests. They also failed to inform us that you could not park in front of the building and we received two traffic fines. The breakfast that they served was left out all morning and croissants and coffee were cold.
