Stayed with my son 11 years old over week-end.
1.Dirty room (Probably could be rented by the hour and no-one clean ot for the next guest!!)
2.Uncomfortable room, so tiny that you have to reverse into the room to be able to go to the toilet.
3.Noisy outside during nights -we could not sleep.
4. Receptionist was a bit rude to my kid (11 uears old) and told him to "walk quitely" in the hall despite she had high heals
5. Low service level. No toilet in the reception. We were leaving late and had our luggage in the reception but needed to use a toilet before taking flight back, we was adviced to -"Go to a bar"...
Summary: Avoid this hotel to any cost!!!!!! On the opposite side of the street - there's a Best Western hotel I strongly recommend instead.
This hotel is quite confortable and clean. However, we booked this hotel because we needed the internet connection in order to work by distance. Eventhough the hotel proudly claims than the internet connection is effective throughout the hotel, the wifi is completely unefficient and doesnot work. Moreover, the receptionist is very rude, does not speak any foreign language. The reception opens only from 8 to 12, and the receptionist will never accept to open the gate in order to render any kind of service even 1 minute before the opening time, and even in case of urgency. We almost skipped our flight because the receptionist. But despite this very negative opinion, other hotels in Paris are even worst.Good luck for all tourists...
