Jean-Luc's cuisine is worthy of at least 1 Michelin star. Tom was in charge of front of the house but sadly he is no longer with us. Jean-Luc speaks excellent English having trained in England! You will feel at home. Discreet, friendly, this Hotel provides excellent value for money.
