Handy but quiet location.

Unusually for hotels in Perp, this hotel has its own parking lot. The hotel is in a relatively quite area (given its city centre location) and is very handy for that evening stroll ito the old medieval centre of Perpignan. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were perfectly adequate for the singe night stop. If you are visiting the South of France and have an early morning flight, this hotel is ideal as it is only 10 minutes from the airport.

L'Arago Restaurant Try the steak special at L'Arago - 15 euros including waldorf salad starter

Great Resteraunt A family run resteraunt, les Trois Freres run by husband and wife team Xavier and Liv, ably assited by Xavier's two brothers Sergio and Laurent, hence (The 3 Brothers name) was our favourite dining experience in perpignan. We went on three different ocassions, the highlight being the 40th anniversary party thrown for my wife's parents. They closed the resteraunt especially for our party, hung banners and balloons and provided two superb a la carte menus for the guests. The steak with melted Roquefort cheese sauce was sublime as was the pan fried calamari. The chef provided a specially baked Anniversary cake for free. After the meal, they opened a cosy nightclub beneath the restaraunt, where we danced the night away sipping wine and champagne. Address 18 Rue General de Gualle
