Booked a night in the Ibis because it was close to the railway station and cheap at weekends. Found it very pleasant, helpful staff, really enjoyed our meals in the little restaurant. The hotel itself is on a crowded street but the more elegant shopping centre is just a stroll away. Loved Perpignan!
