A Fine Small Luxury Spot In The Middle The Cartier Latin

The Hotel was just fine for my short business trip into Paris. The staff was at all times very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The rooms are tastefully decorated in style. They are a bit small and one can feel a bit cramped in the room I stayed. But maybe I get a slightly bigger room at the same rate during my next stay.
A Wonderful Little Place That I'Ll Never Patronize Again.

Our experience at the Villa Pantheon was excellent until the last 10 minutes of our stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed having an evening glass of wine in the lounge while we listened to live piano music. Unfortunately the only snafu in the stay was big enough to be a deal breaker for us. The snafu in question occurred while checking out. As it happened, I was being charged $50 per day for breakfast ($25 times two guests) when my reservation specifically included daily breakfast (this was confirmed at check-in). While our light breakfasts each morning were tasty, $25 a head for a glass of orange juice and a croissant is an extortionate price even in Paris. I am a business traveler and I understand that mistakes happen no matter where you stay, I also know that what differentiates a good hotel from a lousy one is how well they try to recover. In my opinion Villa Pantheon did not try at all to help me and left me to deal with this on my own. According to the staff there my only option was to contact Hotels.com with whom I made the reservation and demand re-imbursement from them. They seemed to know that I had a flight to catch and that I did not have an abundance of time to debate the issue. Upon returning home I found that it was very easy to make a reservation with Hotel.com, but it seemed very difficult to find anyone willing to help me correct my problem. So I finally gave up and wrote off the extra expense as "education". Today, I have not stopped traveling in Europe, but I have stopped using Hotels.com and I've stopped staying at the Villa Pantheon. Since I made that change I have been able to spend my time living happily ever after instead of dealing with disorganized, apathetic people.
Quiet ,Comfortable And Convenient

We enjoyed the Villa Pantheon very much. As a mature couple we look for a high standard of comfort and cleanliness. VP rooms are well appointed. In addition, VP is especially convenient to restaurants and metro and a quaint street market. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very good standard of accommodation with a friendly efficient service and comfortable room. Ideally situated for Metro, shops and main places of interest. This hotel gets our recommendation.
