Beware of this hotel!

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. On first impressions I was disappointed, the staff were incredibly rude and the hotel definitely was not what I expected, it is just passable as a 4 star hotel, the room was basic but comfortable, a little bit dirty and many of the facilities in the room were broken and had to be fixed (the phone, TV and Mini bar). At this point my boyfriend and myself discussed leaving for another hotel because we really didn't like the vibe the hotel staff gave off ad the hotel was a unwelcoming hotel to foreigners. We chose to stay because the hotel location was great and the room was cheap enough...BIG mistake. I kept all my valuables locked up in my safe except for one 2 hour period, in this period my room was robbed and my laptop computer and other valuables were stolen from our locked room. The hotel staff didn't care, refused to contact the police after us demanding they be called and told us to go to bed like what happened was no big deal,...... Read more
