Just returned from Paris. Confirmed reservations for 2 rooms for our family were met with a shrug by management who had a single, but no twin for our sons. Were shown a tiny, dirty, room by a dour, unpleasant receptionist. We were told we would have to pay for the single (we did not) and find someplace else for the boys (we found another hotel for our whole family). Location is not enough. This place was a dump!

What the hotel lacks in creature comforts, it makes up for with friendly staff and location.walk to the eiffel tower, Arc de triump, 20 meters to champs-elysees, 50 mts to metro station. Paris is at your door step. I mean your never stay in your room anyway.

1.Dirty room (Probably could be rented by the hour and no-one clean ot for the next guest!!)
2.Uncomfortable room, so tiny that you have to reverse into the room to be able to go to the toilet.
3.Noisy outside during nights -we could not sleep.
4. Receptionist was a bit rude to my kid (11 uears old) and told him to "walk quitely" in the hall despite she had high heals
5. Low service level. No toilet in the reception. We were leaving late and had our luggage in the reception but needed to use a toilet before taking flight back, we was adviced to -"Go to a bar"...
Summary: Avoid this hotel to any cost!!!!!! On the opposite side of the street - there's a Best Western hotel I strongly recommend instead.
