| Excellent stay |
|
We stayed together with my grand daughter. Had a garden room which was very suitable. All facilities including breakfast were really very good. It was conveniently located, clean and would recommend. As we had a late flight, we were able to keep our room at a reasonable cost. |

| Excellent service & staff competent |
|
As a school group, this is our 3rd yr at Monceau.
On our arrival at Villiers (a 10 min journey by Metro frm Gare du Nord/ Eurostar) we were welcomed by this vibrant, colourful 'Parisien' market and the chant of the market stall vendors which was only a few steps away frm our apartments. The duplex were situated in the courtyard and all the rooms were very clean and spacious. The morning beakfast buffet was superb!the variety was beyond belief! All the children and teachers felt terribly spoiled of choice. The service and staff were patient, polite and very helpful.
I highly recommend Monceau for his excellent management and very good value for money.

| Extremely poor service |
|
The overall service was bad. The staff provided outrageous service. A disgrace to the hotel commercial world |

| Comfortable And Quiet |
|
The room was small but comfortable, and kept very clean. The breakfast in the basement was varied and well arranged by the staff. The best thing was the location near a street market, and it was very enjoyable. |

| Good Location & Friendly Staff |
|
The hotel has a great location; it is only a five minutes walk away from the Metro station and only one block away from a very nice market street with plenty of patisseries and restaurants.
The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean, the hotel serves a continental breakfast in the morning, which is great to get you started.
We stayed at the hotel several times already and would stay there again any time! |
