Budget hotel

Cheap Getaway Holiday Maker

As a budget traveller with my son, we found the hotel reasonable. Ok so the bed was lumpy and the room the toilet was in was tiny, but the bathroom was comfortable and fairly large. Breakfast was hearty but remember you are in France and it will be a buffet type. Best of all was the cleanliness and the attitude of the staff. One male receptionist recommended a small brasserie for my son and I to eat lunch at, it was a reasonable price and absolutely huge portions and extreme value for money! The location is ideal - just a 15 minute walk from Gare de Nord and we found the Rue Montemarte (about 10 mins walk)excellant for restaurants. We would stay here again but dont have too high expectations otherwise you may be disappointed.
