no servise at all just living my key room after 10 minutes i left the hotel to the thief

i was rubbed in the hotel at day time the man in reciption after seeing me tree times in one day gave my key to 2 strangers without asking the name and they took my son and my laptop bags i call the police police knows i call the manager police said if you lefty the hotel only on hour and reciption give the key to the theif reciptionist is also involved in rubbery the manger did not show up at police station neither hotel manager i still have not heard from the hotel nor the hotel insurance company,i want the owner of hotel not the manager to contact me as soon as possible ,other wise i apply for the sue withe police report that reciptionist confess in front of police he made big misstake to give my room key after 10 minutes i left the hotel to strangers
