Building is a nice 19th century building on one of Paris' grand boulevards. Neighbourhood is lively with relatively a lot of migrants. Paid parking lot nearby (E 21 per 24h as of 12/2005) and free parking in St Ouen (outside the periferique, also nearby). Big flee market in St Ouen on saturday, sunday and mondays. The bad: rooms may be too small for some tastes, but this seems to be the norm in Paris (and to most, doesn't pose any problem). Location is off-centre in Montmartre, which is already off-centre in Paris.
