Don´t be sure about your reservation

We made a reservation about 2 months in advance. Week before our stay there we called the reception desk and they assured us that we have our room booked. BUT when we arrived to the hotel (at 10pm)they told us that they are full, even though we had their email confirmation with us and so had to go to another hotel. They didn´t actually explain us how came this happened..

Easy to find excellant friendly service

Staff were friendly and very helpful the hotel its self is basic, but clean and tidy It was easy to find from the Gare Du Nord and was central for most of the sites (bus 30 or 31) From just around the corner took us to the arc de triumph or the eiffel tower. Can't wait to return. Thank you to the owners of the Hotel Du Brabant for a great time and see you again soon.

WATCH OUT

Made a booking trough internet, paid with visa. But seems to be a mistake with the booking trying already 1week to contact the hotel to rebook, by mail, by phone, never an answer, never an email. Starting to think it’s a scheme !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Depressing place to stay

The good things here are that our bathroom was clean and there were no bugs in the room. However, the room was poorly lit, and the window looked out over a shaft that hardly received any sun. The dinginess made my son cry! The toilet didn't flush well, and only creativity in running the shower down the bowl to send the contents down made it bearable. You also hear the rumblings of the Metro every couple of minutes. Also, we received fewer towels than persons in the room, and we always had to request more, and they weren't even that clean. Staff was friendly, but the hotel itself is cheap, although the price isn't.

Horrible

I never stayed in such a horrible hotel, I called in advance to check out if the rates on the website where correct and they were not. Upon arriving, the rates where even higher than they told me on the phone. It was already late so we had a quick look around, but there was no cheaper hotel in the neighbourhood. The towels where dirty, the walls where moulded. Staff was quite friendly but not really helpful. there was noise all night and it was to hot to sleep with the windows closed. I was afraid to lie on the bed since it looked so dirty. My tip, never go there!

Really Bad Hotel

This really was a disasterous hotel, it was really noisy, only two towels for three persons. But probably the worst was the fact that we didn't have a door for the bathroom, no hot water and no light in the same bathroom. When we set something on the table, it fell from the wall and the breakfast wasn't good at all. I recommend to skip this hotel...

Having no door to the bathroom, no light in the bathroom and no cold water just isn't like a hotel is supposed to be. Also, it was quite dirty and messy. Breakfast wasn't super also, but that’s just typical French.

Great service and staff

The room was simple, but clean. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. This is a not drills Hotel but with a great staff. Close to the Gares (North and East). Would come back to the hotel again.

Great Hotel

I think it was a great hotel: Not too expensive or too luxurious. You can sleep and eat there well. The staff was really great: Very friendly and not afraid to laugh. Though the shower was sometimes very exciting: You actually don't know if you get hot or cold water! I enjoyed my stay in Hotel du Brabant.

The sheets, towels and bathroom were clean, although the room itself had moldy walls. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Quite good for the price.
