I stayed in this hotel with my both teenage daughters and we all loved it. The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable and rather big. We felt like being in amélies world. When I would come back to Paris in the future I sure will return to Hotel de Nevers!

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times, and you get what you pay for. No frills, great location, and great price. Located next to two metro stations with easy access to CDG.

We were recommended to this hotel by NZ friends living in Luxemborg who always stay here when in Paris. We were definitely NOT disappointed....cheap, no frills but it's Paris and you don't spent any time in your room! Loved the cats....felt like "home away from home". We are returning with my sister & her partner in 2008 and definitely booking into Hotel De Nevers.
If you are muslim (wearing Hijeb) avoid it!

I use to go to this hotel (good location in Paris and proper although a bit noisy), unfortunately like many French's they have a problem with Muslim people!!
I don't go anymore there after I asked a French friend (she's Muslim and wear hijeb) to take back my deposit (following my cancellation). When they saw her entering in, they just were very unpleasant with her (they ignore her first, and say they don't have time to solve her problem as she didn't want to rent a room)... she even could not explain for what for she came.
She called me very upset and so I had to call back the hotel so that they give her my deposit!
It's pathetic!!

Never stay at the Hotel De Nevers in the 11th... we had money stolen from our locked room. No one broke in, a key was used and the only man working was the man at the front desk who knew we were at the hotel across the street (that they are affiliated with) for dinner. When we told the manager he said, my partner had probably stolen my money. Terrible hotel and staff.
Racist hotel staff

I found the hotel man in my room when I came back suddenly. My bag was also open, but I know I left it zipped up. I questioned him and he denied it and said Japanese are paranoid. I checked out the next day.

The owners were lovely and their cats were even better. We had breakfast in bed every day and even though the room was small had a great view across the area. Great location. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone I know who goes to Paris I give them the Hotel De Nevers details, and no one has complained. Best hotel I have ever stayed at!

For 20 years, I've been a lot of times in this really cheap etablissement. It's not luxury, but when I'm in the most beautiful of all towns, all I need is a bed, because I leave early in the morning and come back not before midnight. The owners, M. et Mme Bourdereau are EXTREMELY nice people who always try to fulfill you every wish. Important: il's simple, but cheap and always clean!
