Sainte Chapelle glory The most amazing, jaw-dropping stained glass you will ever see anywhere. Go early to avoid the queues.

Eurostar / Taxi Try to get a carriage / seat at the front of the train or failing that move quickly to the station exit in order to get in the cab queue. 1000 people exiting a train all at the same time requires a lot of cabs.

First things to do: Before you do anything else in Paris, I recommend buying a metro pass for unlimited travel during your stay and purchase a Paris Museum Pass (for a specific number of days) that will give you entry to just about everything you would want to visit without waiting in any lines.
