Great hotel, great location, great staff

The rooms are litte, but they are nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If I return to Paris, I will stay at this hotel!

The Eiffel Seine is a lovely little hotel, stylishly decorated, super clean, and convenient! It's located two blocks from the Eiffel Tower (watch out for the aggressive souvenir vendors!) and across the street from the Bir-Hakeim metro stop.
The rooms are tiny (welcome to Europe) but the beds are large and very comfortable. Best of all...air conditioning!
The staff was very helpful and friendly (especially the night manager) and the breakfast (included in our plan) was delicious.
We got a bargain-basement price on this hotel, but it was clearly worth more.
In short, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this hotel, and would gladly stay there again.

Well Located

I loved the stylish interior and decor of this hotel. The room was small but I expected that from the pictures so don't expect anything else. But the decor makes up for this. If you like art deco then you'll love this hotel.

As for the location you just couldn't get much better. Right by the Seine and literally 5 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower. In fact you turn the corner from the hotel and you are met with the magnificent sight that is the Eiffel Tower! There's a Metro station on the corner which is really convenient. Was worried that this would be noisy at night but we didn't hear a thing (must have been the huge comfy bed that sent us into a deep sleep!).

A Wonderful Hotel with Great Staff

The Eiffel Seine Hotel is very close to the Effel Tower (within a block or two). There is excellent access to the Paris subway system which you can't hear from your room because of how well they have the windows cealed. The staff is very polite and more than willing to help those who cannot speak french. There's an excellent morning breakfast and the lobby looks very classy. There is no doubt we will stay there again when we are in Paris.

Excellent Hotel

This is a great hotel that has been recently remodeled with modern comforts. It's located across from the Metro - Bir-Hakim station and within a couple of minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. The staff are nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

If you stay there, around the corner is a great crepe place! Delicious!

Lovley Hotel

This a lovley little hotel in an excellent location right by the Eiffel Tour. Just a three min walk takes you right there. The hotel staff are all really helpful and friendly. They will give you any information you want to know. This hotel is lovley inside, very nicely decorated. The bathrooms are excellent too. This hotel is really worth a visit and if you book it with the hotel it is good priced. Excellent value for money. Excellent hotel!!!!!

Excellent Eiffel

This hotel was in our opinion excellent in all aspects. Very nice decor,very clean and tidy.
Rooms were really comfortable and we felt at home here. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was ideal.
All in all a very enjoyable 3 day break.

A horrible experience at the Eiffel Seine

This hotel is an abomination. I had a confirmed reservation for a superior room at a particular rate and, when I got to the hotel, they would NOT honor my confirmed reservation because, as they told me, "We fired the people who made those reservations." They offered me a small room facing the street--and the very close overground Metro (I had confirmed a courtyard facing room)--for a higher rate than the one I had gotten online for a superior room. When I objected to what they were offering me, the hotel manager insisted that this was a lovely room and that superior rooms were for families (her logic eluded me. Don't cosumers get to choose the size of the room in which they are planning to stay for 10 nights?).
I had to stay at the Eiffel Seine for two nights since I needed to find another hotel. The TV in my tiny and loud room did not work and though it was 12:00pm on a Wednesday, I was told that the TV couldn't be fixed until the following Monday since it was "so close to the weekend." Truly an outrage! To top it all off, the young woman who worked at the desk during the two days I suffered at the Eiffel Seine was rude and obnoxious.
I would also like to add that I had to call the hotel a frustrating three times when I was trying to make my initial reservation since their website, controlled by a company called Availpro, was so difficult to decipher. I should have taken this as a bad sign and moved on, but I foolishly trusted that a confirmed reservation at a special online rate would be honored by any upstanding hotel.

Booked room through hotel website for $175plus and they charge first night on my credit card which was fine. Also I got a confirmation number..

After long flight over the pond, we went to the hotel from airport and presented the confirmation number through hotel website. The lady at front desk said that all rooms were booked and she didnt get my confirmation thru the website. I was really upset even though
as I told her it was through this hotel website, charge my credit card for first nite and I had a confirmation number. She was unmoved and really blame it on me. She didnt offer to find me another hotel and essentially I was force out on the streets. WOW.

Please do not book this hotel because you might not get a room regardless if they take your money or not. I think I am not the first one to experience this at this hotel.

Luckly, the Hilton Paris one block over had room and I gladly paid $400 and it was fabulous!

From now on, be on lookout for these small hotels. Sometimes getting a cheap price may be better off paying higher price..

PLEASE BEAWARE OF HOTEL EIFFEL SEINE.....

Location: great; next to the metro and closed by the Eiffel Tower. Small Hotel, nice style, very well decorated (small details like fresh flowers ....). We stayed for two nights. The size of the room was ok (if you compare it to other city hotels), it was VERY clean and comfortable. The small bathroom has a big shower (very nice, space for two!). The staff was very polite and friendly (even if you come to breakfast at 10:45AM)! Also breakfast was very nice (jam, ham, different kind of cheese, cereals, fresh fruit salad, croissants ....)! We - a couple in love - would stay here definitely again!!

Top Local Tips for Paris

The Louvre. Dont wait in the queue on the day you plan to visit The Louvre. Get your tickets and do some shopping at the same time at Galleries Lafayette. The ticket desk on the bottom floor of the mens department is opne all day, can supply tickets for various attractions and was empty the day we visited! So plan your trips before you go and make Galleries Lafayette your first stop in Paris! That way you can skip right past the massive queue at The Louvre!!

France Before going to France to avoid eating at pizza places and not very nice cafe's try learning some french and perhaps take a phrase book with you! Despite the fact your french is probably as bad as mine, most people will see you're trying and meet you half way.

walk a lot in paris we have used a travel guide the last few trips to paris that include some walking tours and have genuinely seen some areas and places that we would never have ever seen had we not followed these tours . there are thousands of fine sights in paris but if you step a little way off the beaten track there are some real hidden gems beyond the tower , ard de triomphe , museums etc . paris is a fantastic city to explore on foot , wear yourself out , have a baguette aa crepe a strong coffee and then put your feet up and have a ride on the bateau boats
