Room was like most European Hotels, not as large as we are accustomed to in the USA, but still plenty of room. The whole hotel was clean.
Everyone spoke English.
Very nicely located. Short walk to the Tower and public transportation.
This is the first place we will check on our next trip to Paris.
Great free breakfast.
Employees treated us very nicely, as did everyone in Paris

I wouldn't describe this hotel as the most plush in paris, but if that's not what you're looking for, I would definitely give it a try! This hotel was perfect for us as a place to sleep, leave our luggage and to use as a base. The room wasn't huge but it was plenty big enough for us. The breakfast had an ok but not generous variety. However, there was plenty to eat and it was all nice! Also, the staff were all polite and helpful. The one complaint I did have is that we were asked to leave a 40 euro deposit when we checked in and then told if we wanted the keys to the safe we would have to put down another 30 euros. As students, this was quite a chunk of our money. Also, there was no handle on our wardrobe so we had to prise it open! Having said this, these were not big problems. We were absolutely delighted with how close the hotel was to the nearest tube station, (literally 3 minutes), and the eiffel tower and the seine were in reality about a 10 - 15 minute walk which was perfect. All this made it a perfect base from which to explore Paris!! we would deffinately stay here again and recomend it 2 anybody looking for somewhere nice friendly and comfortable but not too posh!

Upon checking out I was refunded 30E with no explanation of why. I asked and was told I left a 30E deposit. I argued the point but wasnt taken seriously I suppose because of my age!! I asked the staff not to laugh as after being pick pocketed it was the only cash I now had to return to catch my flight.
I never got the other 10E and suggested they give receipts when they take money!! The rugby was awesome the hotel not bad but the money thing just isnt right!
