Not what we expected at all
Hotel is in a very run-down area. Hotel restaurant closed Saturdays and Sundays and no local restaurants seemed to be open on weekends either. Booked 2 non-smoking rooms online but one room (ours) was an extremely smelly room for smokers which had brown, nicotine-stained walls and ceiling and cigarette burns on lampshades and carpets. On complaining at Reception we were spoken to very rudely and were not moved until the day after when a non-smoking room became available. Room and bathroom need total refurbishment and painting. Lots of black mould on ceiling in bathroom and no tea/coffee making facilities. Check-in time was supposed to be 2pm but one room was not ready for several hours after that. All communal areas smell strongly of cigarette smoke and carpets/furnishings are really grubby in foyer and bar. All in all, a great disappointment and extremely poor value for money. We will not be returning.

Great food but rooms need painting
The food in the bistro was very good and the staff friendly. Efficient internet access as well. However, the rooms really need refurbishing - the walls were dirty and the lampshades were burnt.

Very dirty place. We found hair in our sheets and tiles off the wall in the bathroom. We spent way too much money to stay at a place like this. VERY UNHAPPY.

Good hotel
This hotel is good it has many amenities in room including hairdryer, ensuite bathroom, tv, 24 hour reception, in room safe. It is away from central Paris but close enough that you can travel to it by metro in about 10-15 mins the metro is a five miniute walk away. It has a bar and restaurant although these are closed sat and sun nights. But overall we were very pleased with this hotel.
