Fabulous hotel!

We stayed in a junior suite quadruple, which was very spacious, and clean. The suite was just as described on the hotel's website, and it looked the same as the pictures. The hotel staff were very helpful with the one minor problem we had, and responded to it extremely quickly.
The location of this hotel is brilliant, right in the heart of Paris. The pool is essential after a hot day of sight seeing to cool off.
We would highly recommend this hotel, and are greatly looking forward to our next visit!

This hotel does not live up to the description'leading hotels of the world'. The room bore no resemblance to the pics and description - was dull and smelt of cigs and damp - despite being a 'no smoking' room. It was noisy from staff in courtyard below gathering and chattering like starlings to smoke in their rest break from 7am. Concierge couldn't care less - AVOID!

The room was small & very basic, we had a two storey room, the living room downstairs & bedroom upstairs. There was no kettle in the room to make a cup of tea but there was a very expensive mini bar e.g. bottle of water €6.50. The location is fantastic, 200 mtrs from "The Louvre Museum", 1km from the top of the "Champs Elysees" and the "Metro" is just across the road. The hotel is expensive to eat & drink in, but there are a lot of restaurants etc within a ten minute walk. The staff in the hotel are friendly, but leave yourself with time if you want them to get you a taxi. Overall I think it was a bit expensive for the accommodation, but the location is perfect and I would use this hotel again.

Where do I start. Most concerning was the plugs and light fixtures hanging off the walls!
And the guy that checked me out. You couldn't have been more rude if you tried.

Horrible service GREAT location

I am embarrased to say that the rooms were so horrible for the price paid. I had two rooms, one was for my parents AND they had no hot water, T.V. was broken, phone didn't work, nor did the A/C thermo, the staff spent the week up in their room until they finally gave up and the mgr. argued with me when I asked to give them a discounted rate. Great location BUT way too much money considering the services and staff- We waited an hour for taxi's as my folks could not take the Metro but if you like location and you ride the metro, get these rooms at 50% off and go for it!
