Service is really bad!
Uncomfortable sofa bed & service is really bad. More than worst especially, young girl who had a big black spot on her mouth, she was talking so rudely. It was unacceptable. I Complained to manager but Never got any feedback. Not even say sorry. I was to stay there about 2 weeks. If you don’t care about service, come here.

I've previously stayed at the Citadines in St Germain des Pres, and confidently expected this one to be as comfortable. It was not. When I booked, I was offered two rates for what appeared to be the same facilities, a studio for one or two people. Naturally, I accepted the lower rate. Big mistake. The bed was a sofa bed which came apart into two of the most uncomfortable and sagging singles imaginable. The room contained one hard chair - note the easy chair in the hotel's pictures? We did not get one. The kitchenette had no work surface, which made it very difficult to cook, despite the proliferation of utensils. I ended up using the hob as a chopping board. Plus, to add insult to injury, the receptionist accidentally cancelled out computerized key on the third night. We arrived back exhausted to find we couldn't get in.
