| Paris' best kept secret! |
|
This little gem of a hotel, dating back to the 1840'es and tucked away inside one of Paris' famous arcades, offers charm, friendliness and undisturbed sleep away from the noisy boulevard, yet right in the middle of everything. The 4-storey hotel has a variety of rooms, plain but adequate - it is after all only a 2-stay hotel - with nice and very clean facilities. The top-floor rooms (cat. 1) are a bit better/larger and have romantic views over the nearest Paris rooftops. There are also a built-in safe in all rooms. There is of course a lift, and a smallish breakfast-room serving a plain, but decent morning meal (not included) with lots of freshly pressed orange juice to get you going. The rates are very attractive. I have stayed there twice - and not for the last time! |
