No good service, broken toilet

The room was cheap but so was everything. The toilet was broken, the floor had been covered with card board to be walk able! The lift was out of order so I had to carry my entire luggage on the tiny stairs upto the 6th floor! And there was no luggage room either so they asked us to leave over luggage near the main door then!The staff was too lost in watching the TV at their reception to notice or listen anything. And after all this they had the cheekiness to make fun of our names!

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever seen. I have had a lot of problems with the booking. The worst was the pathetical state of the room. I have to say that is the dirtiest, nastiest hotel I have never seen.
Even though we have asked for the bill for filling the reclamation book, they told us that it was imposible for them to give us that. And of course there was no reclamation book at the Hotel... which is in fact mandatory.
