Hotel should be marketed as very near Louis Blanc station and not GARD du NORD station which is almost 1 km away. Site states check in after 7am- we arrived 12.45pm and were told room was not ready. We again tried our luck 3 30 pm to be given a room STILL UTILISED BY OTHERS. Receptionist was very arrogant and started to shout telling us to find alternative hotel if we are not happy as I was not happy about situation. Otherwise, hotel room is very clean, amentities good although room seems bigger in picture. Breakfast very good and location is optimal at 0Km to Louis Blanc station. Also good for dinner as there are various restaurants nearby. Quiet location
