We loved Best Western Eiffel Park. It was just a block from the subway station, very convenient. We were able to make our round-trip transfer between the airport and the hotel by public transportation. The hotel was clean and includes a nice bathroom with tub and shower. The decor of our room had a contemporary oriental feel with Thai silk bedspread and framed abstract art on the walls.

Home away from home

I just finished booking our fourth stay at this hotel. We consider it our home away from home when in Europe. No matter where we visit, Paris and the Eiffel Park hotel are on the itinerary. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The rooms are small by American standards but ample compared to other hotels in France and Switzerland. Breakfast is good however with the proximity to Rue Cler and the markets we opted for cafe fare right in the neighborhood. There is a laundromat down the street and the metro station is just around the corner. We walked to most of the monuments in the area and felt very safe. We truly love this hotel. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else.

Bland hotel in charming neighborhood

We stayed here for five nights in February and loved the location. As a launching pad for days of heavy sightseeing, the accommodations were adequate. Bathrooms were clean and plumbing was up-to-date, although the hair dryer hose broke and was never fixed/replaced by the maids. The room was very small, and though the twin beds were pushed together, they could be pulled apart. We found out the beds could be moved after coming back mid-afternoon and finding the room half cleaned, with trash bags on the floor and beds unmade. We stayed in the room for an hour and no one returned to finish the job.

Shampoo was not replaced daily and neither was the toilet paper. One night I had to go down to the lobby and request more TP. That was a surprising lack of basic amenity service since the hotel carries the Best Western brand. The best feature was the free computer with Internet access in the lobby, which was almost always available. Finally, though the staff was always present, they were not overly helpful or approachable. At check in, for example, I gave my name and was instructed to wait in the corner of the lobby, which we did for almost 10 minutes before they informed us the room was ready.

I very much liked the Rue Cler area and convenience of two close metro stations, but would try out a different hotel in the area next time.

Nice, comfortable hotel

The location is excellent - nice neighborhood, walking distance to many attractions including Eiffel Tower, Pont Alexander, Invalides and St. Germain Pres area plus the Metro is two streets away. Staff helpful and pleasant. Nice, comfortable lounge area provided a great space to relax after a long day of sighseeing.

A Good Budget Hotel

I was in Paris for business and this hotel was very close to the office. Rooms are basic, but they were clean and the service was friendly. Internet was free, which is always welcome in Paris (as opposed to 30+EUR / day rates at some hotels). The breakfast was also adequate and not too expensive by hotel standards. I liked being on rue Amelie, which sees little traffic and stays quiet and safe at night.

First time tourists to Paris might also like the location. It is a very short walk from the Eiffel Tower and other sites, and is convenient to the metro. There are a number of good places to eat in the area, but I have yet to find an area of Paris where this is not the case.

Very friendly waiters and busdrivers in Paris! Hotel Eiffel Park is o.k.

Back from a two days Paris trip in january with my seven-year-old daughter. Paris is a magnificent city an the Hotel Eiffel Parc is quite a good location in the wonderful 7. Arrondissement. We had a superior room which was not really large, but nice and clean - and in the night very very silent. The room-maids were very friendly, but not the two desk managers, whe had contact with.
Before the journey, we heard, that french people are not too friendly with tourists, but we had a nice surprise, every waiter and every busdriver was excellent friendly. But not at the reception desk of Hotel Eiffel Park!!! Why?

But in general, thank you for fair rooms and price in Paris Hotel.
We would come back sure!

Missed a cupboard

A too much small room.
Where is the cupboard? I've never seen the bar inside the wardrobe and due to that I could not put in my coat and jacket.
Too much hot!
Finally, the bathroom: unbelievable! No mat to use when you finish having the shower; no chance to put your belongings on a shelf .
To be straight with you: few meters away (in the same street) you can find higher quality at the same price.

Thank you for staying with us during your visit to Paris. However we would like to take a moment to answer the remarks made on the Trip Advisor site. Most of our standard rooms are of comparable size to three star hotels in Paris . However, each room is decorated differently; some do have the mini-bar in the closet and others not. In all of our bathrooms there are two face towels, two large towels and two towels which are generally used as mats. Any guest who is not completely happy with his/her room is encouraged to contact the reception desk and visit another, in order to find something more to their liking.
We do hope to welcome you back to our hotel very soon.

this hotel was amazing experience that me and my family regreted coming back to our home as we prefered we could stay more. lovely strategic location, perfect rooms , helpful staff, close to allameneties , close to 24 hours safe car parks , and walking distance from the market, restaurants, and eiffel tower. i would go back soon .

Great position, but small room

We have experienced a beautiful New Year's Day at the Tour Eiffel and this because the Hotel is in a great position, at 10 min by walking. Moreover, the New Year's Day we have found 1/2 bottle of Champagne with the hotel's staff wishing of happy new year in our frigobar!
The hotel is also at 1 min from the Metro, from which we have reached all the attractions in Paris.
The breakfast is not convenient (12 euro), but out of the hotel we have found a lot of bar and restaurant less expensive.
The room was very small and the cleanliness don't was very careful, but the position of the Hotel and the room price are very convenient.

Our rooms are a standard size for a Parisian hotel, however there are some larger rooms available, some of which have a balcony. These can be reserved directly on our website.

I was expectating a little and weird hotel, but when I arrived with my girlfriend we became very surprised. The hotel was excellent, the attendants were very nice and our stay was magnificent.
The hotel is well located, very near of the Eiffel Tower and is very very cozy. We definetely recommend this hotel!!

Extremely friendly and professional staff as well as very clean hotel

As a family of four we stayed at this hotel for four nights the end of December 2008 and New Years. We were very happy with our stay and with the hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable, quiet despite being in the middle of Paris (extremely convenient location as you can easily walk to the Eiffel Tower). We were most impressed with the very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff at this hotel and for this reason would stay here again. Our rooms were kept very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were even offered a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate New Years.
This was a very nice touch and much appreciated. Merci

Top Local Tips for Paris

Rue de Mouffetard Go here to eat! We may have very varied food culture in England, but never have I seen so many cultures' food represented in such a small area. You can find everything here; from Vietnamese, Egyptian, Veggie, Turkish, Korean BBQ and on and on! But if you want to sample French cooking, check out the many French restaurants down here, one of which is called Le Jardin d'Atrtemis where we had the most gorgeous foie gras and other really delicious stuff for not a great expense. Plus,further down there is a blue summery creperie that does the most astonishing crepes for about 3.5 euros. I would happily have spent every day for a month in this area.

Paris pass If you are going to visit museums,attractions,castels near Paris,etc. is better to go to the tourist office -there is one in Champs Elysses- and get the pass,you save time,money,and don´t make lines in every place you visit.Also,if you are going to the Louvre avoid the big line at the carroussel and get in through the lions gate,outside on the Denon side,is much faster.You can also make reservation at the fnac website and avoid the big lines at museums.
