Nice however...

The 5 bedroom family room we had was nice, but it was unprepared when we arrived and nobody stopped to explain when they were wayy late in accomodating us. They even gave us attitude when we asked when we could go to our room. / On the way out a wake up call was ordered but we never got one, and there were no clocks in the room....totally unnerving, luckily we had a wrist watch with an alarm on just in case. Pretty room, but prepare to be bitterly dissapointed by the service.

Room was small but comfortable; no restaurant but quite a nice 'rustic' place across the road with very good simple food. Convenient for metro and Montparnasse. Staff unhelpful but I didn't have too much to do with them. Overall, good value.

Rooms have no window. Beds and furnitures are very old and the service sucks!! This hotel needs major overhaul.
Moved to a much better hotel for the same price during my stay in Paris.

Top Local Tips for Paris

Disneyland Get a "fast-pass" for the rides when you walk through the entrance. That way you're guaranteed a ride during the day and won't have to wait in line. We hade to give up on many of the rides since we didn't want to wait in line for an hour...

Go to supermarket buy food/beer/wine at a supermarket to save massive cash. One nice meal in a restraunt a day is plenty to enjoy Paris with out going broke!

Eating Cheaply In France Our hotel by the Bastille was near the Aligre Outdoor Market where we bought food to eat inexpensively. We ate a bread with cheese and bacon or a croissant that was 1 Euro for breakfast. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables there. The supermarkets had great yogurts, cheeses, pates, mousse. On Rue St. Antoine and Caron there was a great inexpensive restaurant that had a big bowl of mussels (moules) for around 7 Euro that filled us up we couldn't even eat dessert. The bakeries have inexpensive sandwiches. I found that the most expensive places had the worst meals. Would never eat at Bofingers again.
