This hotel was really a good deal--it wasn't extravagantly luxurious or anything comme ca, but it was perfectly clean and comfortable. Pretty much what you'd expect from a quality but inexpensive American hotel--including breakfast. The location is quiet and on the outskirts of the city, but there are two metro locations that are within easy walking distance, and there is a gorgeous, quaintly-Parisian view of the neighborhood from the higher levels. The staff speaks many languages and is helpful and friendly, though some of them tend to have that typical French attitude towards serving people--you have to win them over. There are New York-style neighborhood groceries nearby for the nights you don't feel like eating at a restaurant. Overall, the price was a good deal and I will be be staying there again on my next visit to Paris. I definitely recommend it.
