One of the best 'budget hotel'
We stayed at acacia last year for I think 4 nights, and totally enjoyed it!
The rooms are small, but very clean with a small but very good-sized bathroom. With only I think 4 euros you also get breakfast, which includes fresh baguettes, jam, butter, juice, etc.
The location is also as it is quite but you are about a 10-minute walk away from the nightlife with all sorts of restaurants.
And you will be about less than minutes from 2 subway stations.
Overall a great clean hotel, with nice staff at a great rate.
We are going to Paris again this year and will be staying at acacia.
If you are on a budget, make sure you check it out.

Great option!
First we got to Paris, we stayed at Hotel Rhetia (just a block from Acacia). Quite an unpleasent stay, so we decided to move on and find another hotel. Acacia was a great finding, with confortable rooms (the bathroom was wonderful), nice and kind staff and a good breakfast. Next to St Ambroise´s metro station and in front of a Supermarket. Ow... and a excellent price for low budget tourists!
