How do you say Reservation in French!!!!
We stay over in July 2006. We have made a reservation through a travel agent in Europe for this hotel and a 1 Double Bed. We got to the hotel room and found 3 small beds. We looked on there computers and it said 1 Dbl. Bed. When we asked about it, the reception said it must have been a mistake by the manager and that he would be around in the morning. They only had rooms with 3 small beds available.
Next day, we asked the manager and he told us we need to specify a LARGE BED! AND THAT WE SHOULD HAVE PUT THE 3 BEDS TOGETHER? I told him we specified 1 DBL bed but he just rambled in french and ran off.
Was this a 2 stars out of 5 stars? Seemed more like 2 stars out of 10 Stars!!!
