Hotel - Restaurant au Wachtfels is owned by Cathy et Dominque Fichter. They came to my add beyond hospitality and I will always be greatful. I for one know that the French are lovely people thanks to this wonderful little town in such a beautiful location. Worth the trip to the end of the Earth.
