Very unhelpful staff, dangerous rooms for families( the full window opens into the room its very easy for a child to fall out) Hasd to wait for a full hour to get served at the bar. One off our ( very large) group had a dress stolen from her room.The hotel and rooms were OK but the staff ( the few that were there) where very rude and unhelpful. Would definatly never stay there again.

Rude Staff!

Rooms were pleasant enough- shame the same can not be said of the staff. In the restaurant one evening we were told they had no red wine as the waiter could not be bothered going to get some! (No red wine in France!!) Although the table of French people next to us had some when we commented on this they pretended not to understand! When trying to get served I often thought I must have been invisible!! The walk to the RER station At night is not recommended and we were grateful we didn't get mugged. We had stayed in this hotel a few years back but unfortunately things have changed there and I would definitely not go back or recommend it.
