The worst night stay
During our 16 day trip to france/italy we stayed at this hotel. It was without rival the worst hotel stay I have ever been over charged for.
The room temperature was unbearably hot!! When we brought this to the attention of the staff we were told that there was a problem with the heating and air conditioning due to seasonal switch over and to sleep with our window open. Our window over looked a very busy street. In addition to the heat (created by the central heating system) our shower was dirty with a ring around the tub and there was hair on the pillow. We got no sleep for $400.00!!
We tried to speak with management in the morning but he/she would not take the time. The front desk offered to discount the room %10, which I felt was far short of a solution. I left in a huff and my credit card was charged the full amount. Avoid this hotel!
