If your idea of holiday heaven is to wander aimlessly up and down the Promenade des Anglais and gaze across a pebbled beach at the sea, or if you are daunted by a flight of steps, this charming little 2-star hotel with self-catering studios perched at the foot of Mount Boron overlooking Nice is not for you.
