amazing value for money Consider this hotel if you can live with the dated furniture because the location and view make up for most everything else. It also has good bathrooms with decent towels. We were there in June and the temperature was a glorious, cloudless, 27 degrees celsius.

Cleanliness of rooms OK, bt it was all musty smellng. Didn't have breakfast as too expensive. Car parking a problem. Expect to pay over #19.00 per night(eqivalent to 26/27 Euros). DO NOT PARK ON STREETS as it's too dangerous. Noisy traffic at all hurs, wen there fr a quiet break but came back exhausted. Get ot of Nice quickly.
