After having toured the south of France for three weeks, we were scheduled to return from Montpelier to Paris to catch an air France flight back home. Prior to our Miami, FL departure, I made a reservation at Hotel Les Myrtes through an online booking agency for a june/12/07 check-in and june/13/07 checkout.
We arrived at Les Myrtes at about 9:30 in the evening and drove directly to the underground garage and took the elevator to the ground floor where we were met by a black as coal, square-shouldered man in his 30's, wearing a red, sleeveless shirt more suitable to a basketball court than to a hotel front desk. His manner was unpleasant from the start and only worsened at every interaction we had. Upon arrival I informed him that we had an early flight to catch (7:00am) so when I found the garage door locked at 4:00 a.m. and looked him up to politely ask it to be to opened only grumpily did he agree to do so, adding that "the garage was scheduled to open at 6:00am not any......
