Our family, myself, Husband and children aged 14 and 12yrs stayed at Hotel Les Arolles March 2008. We booked it primarily for it's location which was excellent, even if it was for returning for forgotten items or ditching a layer halfway through the day. The staff, rooms and food was excellent, so much so that we are returning there on the 03rd January 2009!

We've stayed here several times now and you won't get better service or location in the 3V. You can be at the top of Courchevel before those staying there and Mottaret nearly always has snow so you can ski in and out (10 steps from the ski room to the slopes!). Meals are excellent and there are two restaurants to choose from - one with local specialities, the other with 5 courses. Facilites include a small pool, a sauna and a pool table. There's a ski shop next door which offers great service. Lovely relaxing lounge with wood fire to relax in after a hard day's sking with a cocktail before dinner. Breakfast is a bit 'samey' after a while (too 'continental'), but that's a minor gripe. Staff are well trained and helpful; owners live in and make sure the qulaity is upheld. You get what you pay for, basically. Love the place and strongly recommend it.
