We stayed in this hotel for one night based on price (48 euros/night) and location (next to the veterinarian college where our cat was being treated. The room was dirty, only one of the lights worked, stank of smoke even though we asked for a non smoking room, very very noisy from traffic, bathroom filthy. The room and bathroom were in desperate need of updating / renovating.The breakfast was the most basic I have ever had in France and I have lived here for 6 years! OK the hotel was cheap but I wish we had booked at the Petit Caporal over the road where I believe the rooms are much better for 60 euros. Only stay here if you don't mind extremely basic and dirty accommodation. Final note - we did have a decent enough meal in the restaurant in the evening but again the decor was very tired to say the least.
