Awful hotel! Looks like dorm!

3 star hotel???? Are you kidding!!!!!

After a great snowstorm and a 10 hour drive, we finally arrived to the hotel at 3 a.m. We couldn't wait to go to bed when we got our fist surprise: the room was nothing similar to the picture on the site, it LOOKED AS A DORM, and worst of all, IT SMELLED like an old drunk guy that never washed! We slept all night with the opened balcony door! Also there was absolutely NO INTERNET ON 2 & 3 FLOOR so we asked to move us on the first floor. The room there was not better looking but at least did not smell. At the beginning, the internet didn't work there either but at last we convinced them to restart the router and finally it started working. Just at the end of our stay we realized it WAS PAYABLE, as no one would say it to you before! the rooms had NO MINI BAR, there was a really small tv, just 2 electric switchers, the toilet was separated from the bathroom. when we came we got 2 complimentary shower gel, we used them and never got others
the whole week. They changed towels just when we put them on the floor. The BREAKFAST WAS TERRIBLE you would get croissants , corn flakes and butter&jam. thats it. NO BREAD,NO CHEESE, NO HAM, NO EGGS. For someone that goes there for sport it's way too little! Dinner instead has 3 servings, but you could not choose what to eat and the PORTIONS WERE MISERABLE. At least the 3 servings would cover the hole in your stomach.. There was no salad the hole week, and no soup. They have a gym that has 2 cyclettes, one machine for the arms and one for the legs, and a machine for skiing.
The employees were young and very kind, but sometimes didnt know how to help as they were relatively new to the hotel, the owner would employ seasonally..
