Top Local Tips for Le Touquet Paris Plage

Aqualudd The only themed attraction in Le Touquet. I thought was fairly expensive for what it was at 12 euros each even for the 4 year old. It also only open at weekends in the Winter. Probably more suitable for older children who are good swimmers, though we managed to spend 3 hrs there anyway.

Parking tip On market days - do not park in the marketplace. You can park anywhere in the side roads and the parking regs are relaxed on market days. But when it is NOT a market day the parking regs change and this can be very confusing. We parked in a side street on market day and that was fine but the following day when there was no market, we recieved 2 parking tickets. Apparently, cars should only be parked on one side of the street on non-market days. We were supposed to move our car from one side of the road to the other but it is not clear what side of the street this should be. The parking rules are not listed in the street but only on the entrance road into Le Touquet which most people never see.
