This chalet has the greatest location ever and the staff were brilliant. Thats where the good stuff ends. It should be condemmed and demolished or refurbished pronto. Dark stairwells, threadbare fittings and a strangely sewage like smell in the common areas combine to make the place less like a ski chalet and more like a dark satanic mill. Is there a policy of not changing light bulbs as they die in order to save the carbon footprint. If you are planning a bath or shower after a hard day on the piste then forget it. Every day you have to complain about lack of hot water and if you are lucky sometimes it magically appears. Sometimes it doesn't. Rooms are small and spartan and beds hard, and if you want your room cleaned then you best get the vacuum cleaner out yourself because nobody else is going to do it. Also watch out for the waterfall in the entrance. Leaky gutters or dodgy plumbing, who knows? Finally be careful in the bootroom. Its dark and damp down there and if they cant find the sasquatch in North America its because he is living over here in the boot room.
All in all great ski location but only if you like your accomodation on the rough side.

Great place for skiing. The location is incredible, the slope pass just under your windows. Good accomodation makes the stay very nice. A surf and ski shop and restaurants are very near. Sauna is available in the hotel and there's a swimming pool in the residence very near.
