| Great Hotel, staff and service |

From the minute we arrived at the hotel we felt as if we were special and not just another guest booking in. From the staff at the desk to those in the breakfast room nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, tidy and spacious as was the bathroom. I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who wished to stay there. |

| Very disinterested staff |
|
After having stayed at the Eiffel Tower Hilton just 2 months prior, I was expecting the same friendly, accommodating staff, but was sorely disappointed. The staff were extrememly aloof, disinterested in seeing to the needs of their guests. I observed them openly poking fun at some of the guests. All but the maid service and one woman in the Executive lounge were "doing you a favor." I will never stay here again. |
