Bed Bug Infestation, noisy, rude staff!!!
We found that most rooms were directly opposite a noisy bar. We managed to move to one on the other side of the hotel.
Then in the new room we discovered in the middle of the night that we were not the only ones in the room or the bed for that matter! The room was inhabited by hungry bed bugs which were now coming for their feed (our blood!) from various parts of the room! In the morning we had a collection of about 10 in a glass of water to show the manager. She just said some rubbish about them maybe being beetles who had all decided to visit our room via the open window at the same time – or something like that. They were definitely bed bugs. She and other members of staff were rude and just did not want to know. Needless to say we got out of there that morning. Don’t stay there unless you want a crap time and to bring bed bugs back to your home!
