If you're the type who always complains about stairs and/or the size of bathroom, don't bother with the Eden. If you appreciate friendly atmosphere above all, terrific helpfulness with every aspect of enjoying the Riviera, from bus timetables to culture to restaurant recommendations (all spot on), fresh breakfast on the terrace, and the small block distance to public beach (though Antibes beaches are better) then go to the Eden. It's very reasonable, it's oldfashioned and totally accueillant in a way that is rare this days. Patrica and her mother are the resident angels. Zorro, a rather devilish black cat, may give you a lookover at check-in so just remember that a resident beast is always a good sign in a hotel. Warmly recommended.

Reuban Bleu This is the best value on the beach: 16.50 for the fixed price menu when it is available. It is not available on Sundays and holidays though.
