We asked for a sandwich and were told they had no food just drinks not even crisps!! We had to go to the supermarket to buy some food. We then went to have a bath and had no hot water! We had no hot water all night and none on tuesday morning. The hotel said the boiler was fixed so we went skiing after a pathetic breakfast. We asked for a banana and they did not have any just bruised pears! We came back after skiing and went to our room for a hot bath. No water again. We had to wait 2 hours while the kitchen boiled water and brought in a large saucepan to the room. How disgraceful for a 4 star hotel to behave like this. We went out for dinner because the food the night before was!
disgusting. Pasta cold with a tin of tomatoes on top. !! We woke up this morning and no hot water. We are leaving this terrible establishment today and I felt we should let you know our feelings. Whatever compensation you offer is not going to cover a lost skiing holiday with my family. Your hotel will be reported and your kitchens should be closed. I suggest you look long and hard at the diva in isola.
