We stayed for a long weekend on a Ski trip. The Hotel was very nice with excellent food and plenty of it. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Great skiing to the door with a locker doom just inside the door. Views from the balcony were excellent of the mountain, the slopes and the little church. A short walk through the tunnels brings you to the shops and restaurants etc. We really enjoyed our stay at the Drous and are looking forward to going back.

Hotel was adequate. It was warm and good hot water. All that you need for a ski-trip! (You could even ski to the "back door" to dump your gear).

However with the exception of one old chap the staff was just pretty rude, and generally unhelpful. Once you are in, they really wouldn't assist or help. We were a group of 8.

The worst thing! They didn't tell us that the road was scheduled to be closed (avalanche risk) even though all hotels had been informed by the police. We nearly nearly missed our plane!
