The worst Nightmare you can have
I am writing you this e mail after you have ruined my ski holiday with our children. We arrived on monday 13 feb and we had no towels no robes no flannels no pillowcases on pillows dirty bathrooms and dirty carpet that had not been hoovered. We drove a long way to get to diva and arrived at 4pm.
We asked for a sandwich and were told they had no food just drinks not even crisps!! We had to go to the supermarket to buy some food. We then went to have a bath and had no hot water! We had no hot water all night and none on tuesday morning. The hotel said the boiler was fixed so we went skiing after a pathetic breakfast. We asked for a banana and they did not have any just bruised pears! We came back after skiing and went to our room for a hot bath. No water again. We had to wait 2 hours while the kitchen boiled water and brought in a large saucepan to the room. How disgraceful for a 4 star hotel to behave like this. We went out for dinner because the food the night before was!
