We were hoping the previous review won't apply to us, but it very much did. We arrived very late, at 1:30 am, but said so in advance, and had a booking, confirmation and everything. Nonetheless the guy wouldn't let us in, and was very offensive and rude. We showed him a printed booking, but it didn't help. He threw us to the street in the middle of the night, and we had to start searching for a different hotel.

The hotel refused to honour my reservation. We had gotten lost on the way and appeared at 10 pm rather than 6 pm. They said the hotel was full up and to go away. We finally got a hotel but at a great price!
