Top Local Tips for Courchevel

Bring your own G&T Our trip was much better than it could have been thanks to a bottle of Gin from duty free, and six little tonic bottles from a supermarket en route. That provided us with about 12-15 drinks for the price of half a Courchevel G&T.

Ridiculously Expensive I would say that Courchevel is a very very expensive resort, but felt our hotel was good value for money. The euro being so strong against the pound was not beneficial but even although some things in the cafes and shops were just ridiculous. £75,000 for a corcodile skin jacket to be honest is just obscene escpecially when half the world is in poverty! There is no way that any piece of clothing justifies being that price.
